  • Join us at The Little Brunette Bakery Pastry Classroom to learn something new and delicious. 

    You will learn all about dough lamination and then make fillings for cinnamon swirls, pain au raisin and pain au chocolate. We will teach you how to shape and create these core LBB pastry items. You will leave with your creations ready to be proved and baked at home, where you can enjoy your hard work with the ones you love. 

    Each class is 3 hours long with a maximum of 4 people per session. These sessions are for persons aged over 16 years old. 

    Your teacher will be LBB's head baker, Amelia, who has 8 years experience in artisan baking with qualifications from Welbeck School of Artisan Food. 

  • Join us at The Little Brunette Bakery Big Cake Classroom to learn something new and delicious. 

    Upon booking you will have chosen between a chocolate or vanilla sponge flavour to decorate. On the day you will be taught how to crumb coat before fully icing your 6 inch celebration cake. Our head baker will demonstrate our classic LBB design, topped with with little icing turrets.  

    Each class is 2 hours long with a maximum of 4 people per session. These sessions are for persons aged over 16 years old. 

    Your teacher will be LBB's head baker, Amelia, who has 8 years experience in artisan baking with qualifications from Welbeck School of Artisan Food. 

     

  • Join us at The Little Brunette Bakery Cupcake Classroom to learn something new and delicious. 

    Upon arrival there will be 6 cupcakes awaiting decoration. Our head baker will teach you how to make the perfect buttercream and how to fill each cupcake with a delicious gooey centre. Afterwards you will be talked through each piping style to prepare you to decorate your own. 

    Each class is 1 hour long with a maximum of 4 people per session. These sessions are for persons aged over 16 years old.
