Hello, 

We are the team behind Little Brunette Bakery. This really is the ultimate family run business as so many of our family and friends work alongside us. We all live in Southwell and have always loved being part of the Southwell community that we now get to work in too.

Meet the team below...

Amelia

As head baker Amelia creates the menu of freshly baked produce that we have in store each day. Having trained at the Welbeck School of Artisan Food you are really in for a treat with Amelia's delicious baking.

Jessica

Running and managing the business side of the bakery, it is likely you will see Jessica if you visit us. Having studied fashion photography, Jessica changed her focus to team up with sister Amelia and create Little Brunette Bakery.

Mum/ Kay

We like to think of Kay as 'management' and 'chief chatter', if you were to visit there is no way you could come and go without gossiping with her... Even if it happened to be her day off. She is the hugely proud mother of Jessica and Amelia and has supported them the entire way in every aspect of the business.
